Fellowship Program
Our Fellowship program brings college students together with the best of what our industry has to offer in a commitment to promoting diversity among public relations professionals and companies so that they can best serve the public good and address the needs of a diverse world.
Participants are awarded a 6-8 week paid Summer Fellowships of between 20-40 hours a week, as well as a scholarship or stipend between $500-$38,000, or beyond!
Sponsorship Program
Our Sponsorship program provides an open-source guide to help interested agencies accelerate career paths for their internal mid-level diverse candidates.
The guide includes a framework for the application submission process, guidance on operations, and a curriculum template to help you build your own tailored Sponsorship program.
Sponsorship participants also gain access to the Foster the Future Mentorship program, where participants are matched with mentors from a group of seasoned marketing and communications leaders.
