We are pleased to announce this year’s Foster the Future fellow class. Now in its second year following our pilot program in 2022, The Future Is…Fellowship, the Foster the Future Initiative creates pathways for individuals who’ve been historically excluded from leadership positions. The initiative includes a fellowship program, which offers opportunities to gain valuable work experience while offsetting some of the financial burdens of tuition and other education expenses.
This year, we’re energized to have six agencies in total participate in the fellowship, which includes a combination of scholarships and stipends for fellows awarded through the PRSA Foundation totaling $80,500, and paid internships with each agency. Each fellow will participate in the program this summer for 5-8 weeks, and follow the curriculum Mission North created for the launch of our pilot program.
